Shipping & Return Policy
Once your order is placed, we ship within 1 to 3 days via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once shipped, packages generally take 3 to 5 days to arrive. Please be advised that mail carrier services may be running slower than normal due to COVID-19.
We ship to most countries outside of the US for a flat fee of $50. International shipping typically takes two weeks, however timing varies and may be further delayed due to Covid-19. Clients are responsible for any additional charges such as customs, taxes or duties incurred during shipping. International orders are non-returnable so please choose carefully!
Items may be returned within 14 days after arrival for store credit or exchange. Returned items must be in unused condition and in original packaging. Approval by email is necessary before sending items back. Please pack carefully, as we are not responsible for any damage that occurs in return shipping. Your original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping fees. We are not responsible for compensation of lost packages in transit to us without proof of delivery. Store credits are good for one year from the date of issue.
Damage claims must be made within 48 hours of package arrival.
Sales are final and non-returnable on sale items, apothecary, treats, and vintage/found pieces.
Please check the box for return on your packing slip and list which item, including size, you would like to exchange it for. If you have lost your packing slip please include a note in your package with this info. Please also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for sizing, or any product, assistance. We recommend doing this prior to purchasing any shoes or clothing! Once we've received your returned item we will ship your exchange and send you tracking info via email.
Again, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We enjoy wrapping and take time to make every outgoing package special and unique. Everything we send out is put together carefully and thoughtfully. If your purchase is a gift and you would like to include a message and complimentary card, please include a note in the “special instructions” section at checkout. Please let us know if you would like the invoice included in the package. Be advised that proof of purchase is required for eligible returns.
